Custom Orders

Because all items are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Please carefully review all personalization details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly review the situation and work with you to provide a solution if an error occurred on our end.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after orders are placed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications.

All jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, so please allow time for creation before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
